欢迎使用青岛线程科技有限公司（注册地址：山东省青岛市（原开发区五台山路1699-99号1_2层））（以下简称“我们”）研发和运营的“随机铃声”手机移动应用产品（以下简称“本产品”），我们十分重视保护用户（以下简称“您”）的个人信息和隐私，我们将严格遵守法律法规要求采取相应的安全保护措施。本政策仅适用于本产品收集和存储的用户信息跟数据。您在使用本产品前，请仔细阅读本政策，确保您本人已经充分理解所有条款的内容。您知晓并确认，当您勾选或点击“同意”本隐私政策，就表示您同意我们按照本隐私政策处理您的个人信息。其中有关于您个人信息权益的条款等重要内容我们已用加粗形式提示，请特别关注。如您未满18周岁，请在监护人陪同下认真阅读并充分理解各条款内容，并征得监护人的同意后使用本产品及相关服务。

一、我们如何收集和使用您的个人信息

在您使用本产品服务的过程中，我们会收集您的个人信息，主要是为了您能够更容易和满意地使用本产品提供的服务以及保障您的账号安全，我们将通过以下途径获得您的个人信息：

1.1设备信息：当您使用本产品相关服务时，为了保障您账号网络访问和服务的基本安全，我们需要收集您的唯一设备识别符（IMEI、IMSI、MEID（在您首次启动本产品并点击同意隐私政策弹窗后即会获取）、IDFA、AndroidID、OAID、UUID（IDFV）、ICCID、硬件序列号通过算法得出的唯一标识）、手机系统的语言、国家、城市、IP地址、MAC地址（启动本产品时即会收集）、设备信息（浏览器类型，设备类型和型号，CPU，系统语言，内存，操作系统版本，Wi-Fi状态，读取WIFI的BSSID，时间戳和区域，设备运动参数和载体）、您的网络行为轨迹（包括点击次数、参与时间）、软件安装列表、访问日期和时间、服务日志信息。我们会将上述信息与您使用登录服务时所提供的信息（包括：网络类型、IMSI、网络地址、运营商类型、本机号码、国际移动用户识别码、SIM卡数量、手机设备类型、手机操作系统、硬件厂商，您提供的信息根据您的电话号码所属运营商不同会有所变化）、所在地区，改善及优化您的服务体验并保障您的账号安全。您可以使用本产品相关功能。请您了解，我们收集这些信息是为了向您提供我们的基本服务跟基础功能。如您拒绝提供基础业务功能的必备信息或使用其中某类功能的必备信息，将导致您无法使用我们的产品与服务。

1.2设备系统权限调用：在您使用本产品提供的功能服务时，本产品会向您申请下列与个人信息相关的系统设备调用权限，例如通知、位置权限、存储权限、电话-读取手机识别码、麦克风权限、相机机册、自动启动等系统权限调用。如您拒绝提供，可能会导致我们无法为您提供本产品中某类功能的服务。自动启动权限仅用于实现对应功能，例如接收到系统事件后执行对应的动作，如果没有自动启动权限，将无法完成期望的任务。当您需要关闭该功能时，大多数设备都会支持您的这项需求，具体方法请参考或联系您移动设备的服务商或生产商。请您注意，您开启任一权限即代表您授权我们可以收集和使用相关个人信息来为您提供对应服务，您一旦关闭任一权限即代表您取消了授权，我们将不再基于对应权限继续收集和使用相关个人信息，也无法为您提供该权限所对应的服务。但是，您关闭权限的决定不会影响此前基于您的授权所进行的个人信息收集及使用。

1.3登录授权：您通过三方授权登录本软件时，需要向我们提供您三方账号中的信息：三方账号标识ID，以正常显示您的用户基础信息。如果您使用微信或支付宝关联登录我们产品，我们会收集您微信或支付宝的唯一标识，用于标识您是我们产品的用户及保存您的登录信息，改善及优化您的服务体验并保障您的账号安全。当本产品进入后台运行的状态下，我们会获取您的IMEI信息，我们收集您的上述信息是为了保障应用后台运行的稳定性。

1.4完成注册：当您注册本产品时，我们需要收集您的微信、支付宝的OpenId以及设备标识码。我们收集您的上述信息是为了帮助您完成账户的注册，保护您的账户安全，如您拒绝提供这类信息，我们将无法为您创建账户并正常向您提供服务。您还可以根据您的自身需求选择向我们提供您的头像、昵称、绑定您的微信账户，以完善您的个人资料或增加账户登录便捷性，但您不提供这些信息，不影响您正常使用我们的服务。

1.5订单信息：当您在本产品进行充值或交易时，我们会收集您在使用过程中产生的订单信息、订单来源、用户ID，交易明细状态，支付方式，我们会从微信、支付宝获取您的付款是否成功的信息，我们收集上述信息是为了用于确认您的订单状态以向您提供服务，保护您的财产安全以及处理用户纠纷，如您不同意我们收集上述信息，您可能因无法完成支付结算而无法购买会员服务。

1.6客服服务：当您通过本产品中的客服提出反馈、投诉、申诉或咨询产品的相关服务问题时，为了确保您的账号与系统安全，您需要向我们提供登录/注册时的账号信息便于我们对您的用户身份进行核验。如您选择上传图片或视频，我们需要获取您设备的相机或存储权限，当您需要我们提供与您订单信息相关的客服时，我们会查询您的订单信息，根据您所要求的服务内容，您可能会在与我们客服人员沟通时，提供上述信息之外的其他信息，以协助客服人员完成您所要求的服务，如您不提供上述信息，您的反馈、投诉可能无法得到及时、有效处理，但不影响您正常使用本产品的其他服务。

二、我们对Cookie和同类技术的使用

2.1 Cookie和同类技术是互联网中的通用常用技术，当您使用本产品的相关服务时，我们或我们的第三方合作伙伴可能通过Cookie和同类技术向您的设备发送一个或者多个Cookie或匿名标识符，用于收集和存储您访问、使用本产品时的信息。您可以通过浏览器设置拒绝或管理Cookie和同类技术的使用。同时，我们也会使用第三方SDK（头条SDK/北京有竹居SDK、广点通SDK、快手SDK、友盟SDK）实现以上信息的采集和使用。

三、我们如何共享、转让、公开披露您的个人信息

3.1共享

3.1.1未经您同意，我们不会与我们以外的任何第三方共享您的个人信息，除以下情形外：

（1）事先获得您的明确同意或授权。

（2）我们会根据法律法规配合司法机关或者行政机关的要求，对外共享您的个人信息。

（3）与我们的关联方共享，您的个人信息可能会与我们的关联方共享，但我们只会共享必要的个人信息，且受本隐私政策中所声明目的的约束，我们的关联方如要改变个人信息的处理目的，将再次征求您的授权同意。

3.2转让

3.2.1未经您同意，我们不会与我们以外的任何第三方转让您的个人信息，除以下情形外：

（1）事先获得您的明确同意或授权。

（2）我们会根据法律法规配合司法机关或者行政机关的要求进行提供。

（3）在涉及合并、收购、资产转让或类似的交易时，如涉及到个人信息转让，我们会要求新的持有您个人信息的公司、组织继续受本隐私政策的约束，否则，我们将要求该公司、组织重新征求您的授权同意。

3.3公开披露

3.3.1我们不会对外公开披露所收集的个人信息，如必须公开披露时，我们会向您告知此次公开披露的目的、披露信息的类型及可能涉及的敏感信息，并征得您的明示同意。

3.3.2根据相关法律法规及国家标准，以下情形中，我们可能会公开披露个人信息无需事先征得您的授权同意：

（1）与国家安全、国防安全直接相关的；

（2）与公共安全、公共卫生、重大公共利益直接相关的；

（3）与犯罪侦查、起诉、审判和判决执行直接相关的；

（4）出于维护个人信息主体或其他个人的生命、财产重大合法权益但又很难得到本人同意的；

（5）个人信息主体自行向社会公众公开个人信息的；

（6）从合法公开披露的信息中收集个人信息的，如合法的新闻报道、政府信息公开渠道。

4.1接入说明

为保障本产品相关功能的实现与应用安全且稳定运行，我们可能会接入由第三方提供的软件开发包（SDK）实现相关目的。我们会对合作方获取信息的软件工具开发包（SDK）进行严格的安全监测，以保护数据安全。我们对接入的相关第三方SDK在目录中列明。请注意，第三方SDK可能因为其版本升级、策略调整原因导致数据处理类型存在一定变化，请以其公示的官方说明为准。

五、我们如何存储您的个人信息

5.1信息存储的方式和期限

我们会通过安全的方式存储您的信息，包括本地存储（例如利用APP进行数据缓存）、数据库和服务器日志。

一般而言，我们为实现本政策所述目的所必需的最短时间保留您的个人信息，超出必要期限后，我们将对您的个人信息进行删除或匿名化处理，但法律法规或国家政府机关另有规定的除外。

5.2信息存储的地域

我们会按照法律法规规定，将在境内收集的用户个人信息存储于中华人民共和国境内，不会进行跨境传输。

5.3产品或服务停止运营时的通知

当我们的产品或服务发生停止运营的情况时，我们将以APP通知、公告形式通知您，并在合理期限内删除您的个人信息或进行匿名化处理，法律法规另有规定的除外。

应国家法律法规，请勿在本产品中使用“涉政、涉恐，涉密，涉黄、涉赌等违法违规等内容，产品会对您使用的内容进行审核，我们会将该内容进行存储，并保留6个月。我们承诺该内容不会泄露给第三方（除国家政策机关要求外）

六、我们如何保护您的个人信息安全

6.1我们非常重视您个人信息的安全，将努力采取合理的安全措施（包括技术方面和管理方面）来保护您的个人信息，防止您提供的个人信息被不当使用或未经授权的情况下被访问、公开披露、使用、修改、损坏、丢失或泄露。

6.2我们会使用不低于行业同行的加密技术、匿名化处理等合理可行的手段保护您的个人信息，并使用安全保护机制防止您的个人信息遭到恶意攻击。

6.3我们会建立专门的安全部门、安全管理制度、数据安全流程保障您的个人信息安全。我们采取严格的数据使用和访问制度，确保只有授权人员才可访问您的个人信息，并适时对数据和技术进行安全审计。

6.4尽管已经采取了上述合理有效措施，并已经遵守了相关法律规定要求的标准，但请您理解，由于技术的限制以及可能存在的各种恶意手段，在互联网行业，即便竭尽所能加强安全措施，也不可能始终保证信息百分之百的安全，我们将尽力确保您提供给我们的个人信息的安全性。您知悉并理解，您接入我们的服务所用的系统和通讯网络，有可能因我们可控范围外的因素而出现问题。因此，我们强烈建议您采取积极措施保护个人信息的安全。

6.5我们会制定应急处理预案，并在发生用户信息安全事件时立即启动应急预案，努力阻止该安全事件的影响和后果扩大。一旦发生用户信息安全事件（泄露、丢失）后，我们将按照法律法规的要求，及时向您告知：安全事件的基本情况和可能的影响、我们已经采取或将要采取的处置措施、您可自主防范和降低风险的建议、对您的补救措施。我们将及时将事件相关情况以提供通知、邮件、信函、短信形式告知您，难以逐一告知时，我们会采取合理、有效的方式发布公告。同时，我们还将按照相关监管部门要求，上报用户信息安全事件的处置情况。

6.6我们谨此特别提醒您，本隐私政策提供的个人信息保护措施仅适用于本产品及相关服务。一旦您离开本产品及相关服务，浏览或使用其他网站、服务及内容资源，我们即没有能力及义务保护您在本产品及相关服务之外的软件、网站提交的任何个人信息，无论您登录、浏览或使用上述软件、网站是否基于本产品的链接或引导。

6.7我们不会向任何人或第三方非法提供、出售、出租、分享或交易您的个人信息，将时刻保护您的信息安全。

七、您的权利

我们非常重视您对个人信息的管理，并尽全力保护您对于您个人信息的访问、修改（更新或更正）、删除以及撤回授权同意的权利，以使您拥有充分的能力保障您的隐私和安全。

（1）管理、撤回授权您的信息：您可以通过关闭功能、在设备设置中更改应用程序权限方式撤回您的同意，改变您授权我们继续收集个人信息的范围或撤回您的授权。请您理解，特定的业务功能和服务将需要您的信息才能得以完成，当您撤回同意或授权后，我们无法继续为您提供撤回同意或授权所对应的功能和服务，也不再处理您相应的个人信息。但您撤回同意或授权的决定，不会影响此前基于您的授权而开展的个人信息处理。

（2）访问隐私政策：您可以在本产品中的“关于”-“隐私政策”查看本隐私政策的全部内容。

（3）停止运营向您告知权利：如我们停止运营，我们将及时停止收集您个人信息的活动，将停止运营的通知以逐一送达或公告的形式通知您，并对所持有的您的个人信息进行删除或匿名化处理。

（4）注销账户：您可以通过“联系客服”或者是本隐私政策中的联系方式与我们联系以注销您的账户，我们将在验证您的身份后十五个工作日内删除您的账号。请注意，产品内若无登录模块，则没有用户账号相关内容信息，也无须注销账户，并且不会含有注销账户的功能模块。

您注销上述账户的行为是不可逆的，我们将停止为您提供产品或服务，不再收集您的个人信息，并依据您的要求删除与您账户相关的个人信息或做匿名化处理，但法律法规另有规定或监管部门另有要求的除外。

（6）投诉举报

您可以按照我们公示的制度进行投诉或举报。如果您认为您的个人信息权利可能受到侵害，或者发现侵害个人信息权利的线索，您可以进入反馈界面与我们联系。我们核查后会在15个工作日内反馈您的投诉与举报

八、未成年人使用条款

我们非常重视对未成年人个人信息的保护。我们会根据相关法律法规的规定，要求不满十四周岁的未成年人在使用我们产品的服务或向我们提供个人信息前，应当事先取得自己的监护人（比如自己的父母）的授权同意；已满十四周岁未满十八周岁的未成年人，可以事先取得自己的监护人的授权同意或自行授权同意。

我们仅在法律法规允许、未成年人的监护人明确同意或者有必要保护未成年人的情况下使用、对外提供或公开披露该信息。

特别地，若您是14周岁以下的儿童，请您在监护人的监督下使用。

若您是未成年人的监护人，请您关注您监护的未成年人是否是在取得您的授权同意之后使用我们产品的服务。如果您对您所监护的未成年人的个人信息有疑问，请通过本政策内的联系方式与我们联系。

九、隐私政策的修改和通知

为了给您提供更好的服务，我们可能根据本产品服务的更新情况及法律法规的相关要求适时对本隐私政策进行修订，该修订构成本隐私政策的一部分并具有同于本隐私政策的效力。但未经您明确同意，我们不会削减您依据当前生效的本隐私政策所应享受的权利，对于重大变更我们会以弹窗的方式提醒您浏览更新内容，以便您及时了解本隐私政策的最新版本，另外更新后的用户协议和隐私政策，需要您重新阅读并再次征求您的同意。

本隐私政策所指的重大变更包括但不限于：

（1）我们的服务模式发生重大变化。如处理个人信息的目的、处理的个人信息的类型、个人信息的使用方式；

（2）我们在所有权结构、组织架构方面发生重大变化。如业务调整、破产并购引起的所有权变更；
